Husbandry

Based on an accurate proforma of port charges and expenses, we take care with the highest professionalism of all previous arrangements for a smooth and trouble-free arrival of the vessel into port. We communicate with the vessel in relation to the required declarations and documentation to be supplied by the master to the authorities. We coordinate and provide ISPS local requirements and contacts.

We attend vessel on arrival and on departure, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year long. Skeleton staff is always available for any vessel's requirement.

While in port, vessel is visited once a day or more if necessary, and a great variety of services can be made available to the vessel and the crew, including but not limited to:

• Mail delivery, collection and postage
• Fresh water supply
• Transfers to town or elsewhere
• Car or van rental

• Provisions supply and/or coordination

Bunker arrangements

Our organization provides full service for bunker and lubricating oils supply, including the advanced payment to suppliers if so required.

• Offer of market prices in concerned or alternative port

• Proforma of disbursement account in the selected port
• Coordination of supply, either in port or at anchorage
• Bunkering planning in accordance to vessel operations, if required

Dry docking agency

Our services goes from the booking of slot in the shipyard on behalf of the ship owner or the ship manager, to the full coverage of the vessel's requirements during her dry docking period.
